We're on day 5 of our 21 Day Healthy Habit Challenge for March.
Well done if you've spent time hanging upside down each day. Like our lemon challenge if you've missed a day or maybe just gearing up to get started then there's no time like now to start.
I like to do this pose in bed, allow a generous bend in your knees to support your back and hamstrings. Being gentle is the key and to breath!
I find my body is at a different points every time I practice. Don't let where you reach frustrate you but merely a reflection of where you are today.
Breath and don't be too hard on yourself.
You have shown up for you.
Celebrate the awesomeness that your body does for you each day.
I hope you enjoy doing some yoga in bed today and find space for your Uttanasana... maybe when you step out of bed.
