The story with the doordash driver feeling terror, like someone is in their car, and the person they saw was weird, and staring, then, suddenly, gone. Well, it sounds eerily similar to how my scizophrenic cousin described the onset of a paranoid delusion episode. If the story is real, I hope the guy was not getting his first taste of a life with scizophrenia.

If the one about the stalking is set in the U.K. (not sure as I woke up mid story), then stalking and harassment laws are not awful. Three unwanted contacts from someone where you have told them not to contact you, you block them and they continue by finding another way can get them police contact. I had the same issue last year with an ex friend. U.K. Police were straight on it.
Years ago (maybe 18 years ago) I also had an issue with someone who had my mobile number asking me what colour knickers I had on etc. when I tried to phone them to find out who they were it went to answer machine. They said things that made me believe they were watching me, so I pulled all the curtains and called the police. Straight out, they took down the persons phone number to take back to the station, read the messages and phoned him from their phone, leaving their police number, name and force and asking him to contact them about their behaviour. Not one message afterwards. I always found them to be great when I needed them about that kind of thing.
