Why do they always addres the same problems and never fix the problem

the day Lalonde is fired will be a day of celebration in that locker room. the resentment they have for him and for his favorite Raymond grows every day. Lalonde is destroying the team and the season all for Lucas Raymond. and costing us a season of cool Kane highlights.

Fire LaLonde. Only a blind man would put Seider on the second PP and have Edvinsson on neither.

They basically gave up after 5 minutes.

Team is worse now player wise than last year

How can the players have any fire in their belly if the coach doesn’t. There is a time for feel good coaching and time for a swift kick in the pants. I sometimes think when the Wings stink it up like they did last night Lalonde goes around the locker room and gives everyone a hug.

One more. I wonder what Yzerman would say how Scotty would have reacted this morning if Stevie’s team played like the Wings did last night?

The defense as a whole last night was terrible. Literally all of them made countless mistakes. The goaltending was sub par at best. Husso sucked last year and he still sucks this year. Gustafsson was especially bad, chariot per usual, Andrew copp is useless as well. Why do we still have him?

Tired of the same softball questions and the same tired answers. The faster they move on from Lalonde the better. Copp getitng near the minutes of Kane is completely unacceptable. They need a Tortarella type motivator and who can demand a higher work ethic. It's clear the locker room does not like him outside of Raymond. Kane Cat Larkin should be the top line. Talbot needs to be the starter. Buyout Copp and bring up Kasper. Yzerman's ego is also a big issue right now. Yeah I said it. If he is not willing to adjust his ways he needs to be fired too eventually.

You know what will help develop Johansson and potentially mold him into a better option than half our current defense??? PLAY HIM!! Is Ken Holland still running the ship? Raymond and Seider broke through early, how did that work out? Instead, the Wings have gone back to never trusting their drafted players. This team isn't it. The team needs to continue building, and that involves playing the youth and getting.. hopefully.. the top draft pick we never got. Seriously, add Hagens to this lineup and see what happens. The center issues would be solved and we could build a contender.

I knew they were over confident in the interviews before the game. Lalonde better figure this out or he's gonna be gone before Halloween.

There are at least 4 associated with Wings staff who should no longer be taken seriously and removed immediately, either sent to the AHL, placed on waivers, or just plain terminated from the Wings organization, and are as follows:
1) Coach Lalonde
2) Joe Veleno
3) Justin Holl
4) Petry
5) Ben Chiarot

Those named above should no longer have a role in the Wings organization in the NHL. There are a myriad of reasons why Stevie Y may think that Kasper, Danielson, Johannson, Mazur, and Cossa shouldn't be in the NHL, but there are others who could give Stevie Y a myriad of reasons why he's wrong about not letting these rookies play. Stevie Y wasn't a phenom like Gretsky or Lemieux when the Wings brought him into the NHL at 18 years old. What is Stevie Y's hangup on restricting these rookies from playing? Those other players and their coach are doing zilch, zero, nada to take this team to the next level, which should be the playoffs, and it's too bad that their coach and those players couldn't have their salaries docked for not producing results. It's obvious that those players and this coach can't justify and give the Wings a good reason to go forward with them. Management needs to clean the house which was left dirty last season from those players listed above. And it needs to be done ASAP. And Kane needs to partner up, at least partially, with Debrincat on the ice. Lalonde needs to understand that Kane does much better when he's played with Debrincat. Lalonde should be removed from this club ASAP.
