Hi Sir, i have a small query. As you said the planned orders with in time fence will be firmed automatically, the *marked planned orders are not with firmed checkbox activate. So is this a wrong behaviour? should the check box also sctivate automatically?

Thanks for the video. as MRP run, MPS run look same, why SAP gave separate txns ? Any Idea ? Why cant all be part of MRP run ? The output also look same. So whats special about MPS ? Got these doubts :) But thanks a lot for sharing good info.

Sir can run direct t.code in dev. Server for configuration?

Suppose A is header material and B is raw material under it. In mrp1 view of B material is MPS and A material has PD (Regular MRP) . After Mrp run taken for A material it is generating PR for B, but we want to use MPS against B material

hello, my requirement is - given the total demand and due date as input, the solver should tell which machine should produce which SKU on which day. basically a day wise production planner to meet the demand and due date. can you tell me which software/tool will be suitable for this?

Which planning process supports the MPS? For example, what if I have capacity constraints? What value is added by using MRP types PD, P1, P2, etc.? Or, as the literature suggests, is the MPS only recommended for high-value finished goods (FG)?
