It’s not completely goes away, but I’m glad to know that this is better choice than other. I take Soralay brand and also Now ordering from Amazon. Thanks!👍

How is it possible that I never meet doctors like this? The doctors I run into have a limit of maybe 3-4 questions, on a good day, before they visibly begin to feel challenged and start losing patience. Sigh.

ОтветитьMag Oxide will cause diarrhea if taken daily....so maybe every 3rd day if you have some you want to use up from your cabinet. Then get Mag Citrate.
I've also noticed that taking Iron along with the Mag Oxide can balance each other out....the Iron causes constipation while the Oxide causes diarrhea.

and 90 tabs.mag citrate only 800 php. 100tab
Costco's Kirkland vitamins are garbage. There goes a waste of money. :(

They do add some B Vitamins, and Iron but never Magnesium and no doctor ever checks Magnesium on any routine lab tests because they are not that accurate. I felt i almost fainted after 1 capsule and i was so sleepy.
I'm taking magnesium. It says magnesium as magnesium oxide, magnesium glycinate, and magnesium citrate. Is this a good magnesium to take? It says take two capsules per day at 420mg. I only take one per day thinking 210mg is good.
