Policy loans are unclear, if you have a policy loan what are the effects:
What is reduced? Net Cash or Death Benefit
What happens if you do not pay at least the interest?
What happens of you pay interest only?

Example Scenario:
You take out $100k policy loan at 6% or $6k a year in interest.

What is reduced? Death benefit and amount you can borrow? Net cash stays the same?

What if you do not pay anything towards the loan the first year? Is the loan amount now $106k at 6%?

With the huge disclaimer at the beginning of the video.
1 lf you are not a certified professional then why are you trying to give advice?
2 lf you don't have any certified professionals willing to get on the camera and talk about this, why should we listen to you who are not a certified professional account?
3 Disclaimer says this is not investment or personal financial advice. So what are we doing here?
4 Get a professional on who you can attach yourself too who can increase their business base and be responsible if things go the wrong way. Accountability wins my vote, if I am going to listen to something risky I need to limit my risk and ultimately understand that there is a risk involved. But if this strategy works GET SOMEONE ON CAMERA WHO IS CERTIFIED AND WILL TAKE QUESTIONS!!!
I get this is a grey area and that you are talking about using a system in a way it was not intended to be used, and calling attention to it will get it shut down, but think about those people living paycheck to paycheck
How can they low-key get in on this without calling attention to it?

Do you keep the cash flow you earn off the loans or deposit it back into your bank ?

Don't simply retire from something; have something to retire to. Start saving, keep saving, and stick to investments.
