FBI/CIA are behind many of the directed energy attacks affecting US civilians.

"National security" is why congressional offices and committees refuse to acknowledge my pleas for help. I was part of a North Korean human rights group and came under surveillance by the FBI/CIA/NSA, who have labeled me a "national security threat" and my case as a "criminal matter," even though I have stated under the penalty of perjury that I have never committed espionage. The FBI/CIA/NSA have not only hacked all of my devices and wiretapped my home and car, but there is ample evidence that they have used surveillance nanotechnology on me. Why do I think this? My body makes click sounds and spotted vibrations that match the beat of a car's blinkers hundreds of times a day, especially after I do or say something. I also experience 24/7 directed energy attacks, which my Havana Syndrome specialist's office has confirmed is associated with nanotechnology. At night, the directed energies are so bad they hit my metal shield, which I use while sleeping, and mimic the sound of rain--yes, invisible rain inside my bedroom. Furthermore, I lost my job and can't seem to get a job even with a Harvard degree, am being surveilled by dozens when I go out to get groceries, and have learned that all of my friends and even family have been coerced into participating in my surveillance. I am being forced toward homelessness because I believe I have been preparing to take my case to court--which I have to do Pro Se because no civil rights attorney or firm will help me because of a law called "Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act," which requires all businesses, even legal firms, to cooperate with the FBI/CIA/NSA in their "ongoing investigation"--which for me is going on 14 years.

I live in the US and have had these symptoms, I remember this sound in my ears that wouldn't go away especially in this certain area. I had vertigo, memory loss and other symptoms... Hmm weird

Havana Syndrome type attacks are common in the USA - they are known as Psychotronic Attack - Electronic Harassment - Targeted Individuals. I am a long term victim that also receives 2 way voice communications from my attackers along with torture and injuries.

Has anyone considered that the efficiency of the weapons had to be developed and TESTED on lesser figures- ie the unknown and nonstrategic citizens. Probably undiagnosed and definitely unheard. Maybe deceased. Some have succeeded in recording their “tinnitus.”

Before 5G was released there was no Havana syndrome in history. It comes from the 5G frequency. 5G is a weapon to causes cancer and make people sick. It doesn't work in Australia

That we are not using such weapons esp on civilian targets does not mean the enemy is not. Funneled microwave or any rf attack is something that can be very easily created, finetuned and replicated, even so, samples of target building external materials can be assessed to allow a field specialist tune the frequency to further evade detection. This is freaking serious.

The low humming sound and pressure is the worrst kind of attacks. Im a targeted individual and get these kind of attacks several times a day everyday. The gangstslkers have ramped up the attacks. My neighbors are involved. Moving doesn't stop the harassment.

My brother and I have been hearing this for years now. I would say we both probably have brain damage from this as well at this point. I’m no government worker neither is my brother, so it’ll probably be neglected, but yeah with the little brain power I still have left from after all this. Hopefully they figure it out soon.

I have a theory of what may be causing Havana Syndrome. Could it be possible Electric vehicles are the cause of Havana Syndrome? Could it be possible that some people are more sensitive to the effects of something electric vehicles are emitting than others? 🧐
