If you go a little further out in the suburbs, there is a chain store called "NITORI" that sells cheap, stylish, high quality furniture, home appliances, and interior goods ✌😉.
If you go further suburbs, you can also find "Tokyo Interior".
If you are planning to stay in Japan for a long period of time, I would recommend places that are not on the tourist map.
I was born and raised near the Shirakami Mountains.
It is now a World Heritage Site, but it is still just mountains, so I like to take pictures of the scenery with my camera.

Oh man I miss Tokyo when I see this! I used to live there for 2 years as a student, but now, 10 years later, I'm back to Shizuoka, but as a married woman 😆 Enjoy Tokyo!!

Your allergies would probably be worse if you were in the countryside. Wearing a mask should help. I read that a vitamin D deficiency could be the reason behind the allergies.
