The girl with the American flag originally wanted a Donald Trump tattoo on her neck, But the tattoo artist tried to talk her out of it.

He try to upcharge the parents by making the tattoo $500, But the parents were cool with that and would pay it.

In the end he figured it was better for him to just do something because at the end of the day these parents being that irresponsible would probably take her to a less than reputable tattoo parlor who wouldn't hesitate to do it.

If you actually pay attention to the tattoo it is very mild colors and no outlines or shading so it'll fade and it will be easier to remove if she wants it removed later.

This is wholeheartedly on the parents fault and at least the tattoo artist didn't put Donald Trump's face on her neck like they originally wanted.

Why is the tattoo covered up?

Imagine having the audacity, THE LITERAL AUDACITY, to ask to use your child’s birthday money to pay for the light bill

My sister in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, it’s your job as a parent to take care of bills, not your kid, and if you have to depend on money that should be used for him and him only, then clearly you’re fucking up

The mom asking her 13 year old to pay the light bill sure has some nice fingernails, I don't know how much fake nails cost but I do know for my ranch style house my electricity bill is between $50-$60 a month.

He has to stay in a child's place, except when it comes to paying her bills? Why doesn't she have to stay in an adult's place and pay her own freaking bills?

My own mom did the same thing I hid it, it was 120$ which was a lot for a 10 year old but I was going to go buy my own things. But anyways she found it and took it all.

Never paid back whatever though she has made up for it I hope that mother sure pays that poor kid back one day.

I don't agree with tattooing minors, however I also don't agree with any other cosmetic alterations to a child's body, like plastic surgery, circumcision, piercing or sex change operations. Yes, even circumcision is wrong. They say that it helps reduce infection, but good hygiene would also do that, and the fact that some men need it done later in life does not mean all babies need it done. It is unnecessary and causes excessive stress on an infant that just suffered an extremely traumatic experience (birth) and takes even more time away from their mother. Local anesthesia is typically used, meaning injections into the private parts, and a piece of their body is removed for aesthetic purposes, making it wrong. If you don't agree with the above, you should also be against ALL cosmetic alterations to children that cause harm.
