I’m a little over 30 hours in, still with Naoe, and I’m Lvl 26.

I’ve stopped upgrading my gears. All Legendary gears are great and available very early. They became OP quick.
From now on, no more upgrades until LVL 60. I’ll switch out whenever I get a gear with my level. It gives me more incentive to find new gears.

I haven't unlocked yasuke yet and I'm already on level 24 without putting much effort....this game gives a lot of xp only by exploration

Jor what’s the point of leveling up so quickly? Once you get to 60, what’s the benefit? Seems pointless. I just focus on having fun

Maybe a dumb question, but if i have Igan sunset in my main weapon slot, "slow down time on escape strike" , and a katana as a secondary just for an example eye of the dragon,"+35%damage when facing a single enemy".does this effect pop while fighting with the tanto?

Don’t forget the samurai in castles give a lot of experience

when you add the tera building does the xp start then.

Im lvl 54 so far rn im just completing all the side quests

Not going to lie, they kind if ruined the stealth with Naoe once you level her up. She becomes so powerful, stealth is pointless because the enemies can't hurt you. Its easier at that point to slaughter them all head on quickly than sneak around.

There is another section in your hide out for more building space it’s not a whole lot of space but enough to add a few small buildings js

I got to level 32 just by exploring half the map and doing random quests and side missions... not to mention I barely completed act 1 to unlock Yasuke lol

I know Samurai Daisho do not respawn, but a different video said “Elites drop a guaranteed epic gear piece and respawn on season changes”. Wondering if there’s any plans for a video with 8-10 Elite spawn points that we can farm each season for epic gear?

After unlocking the ability to upgrade my compound, I literally spent a whole day making a 1:1 recreation of what a ninja/ samurai palace would've looked like. Mixing the rural zen look within the layout of palace walls and paths (I wish I could actually see it person). Now I think I'm finally ready to continue the story😂 and also collect more items for my compound 💀

Im level 16 im taking it slow fast lol if that makes sense 😂 idk what the fuss about only Minor things need to be upgraded its they need a jump attack with Naoe they need a jump with the horse and they need to let Yasuke be able to sense enemies.

But 4 xp and it won’t level up any more and your not telling why that why I’m here

I’m hoping this makes it into a future video but there’s a statue of a Samebito yokai located at the Asuka Rocks Basin, it’s at the bottom right of the lake. I’m wondering if this will ever become a dlc boss fight and if there are any other yokai statues out in the open world.

Lemme make a list of the issues I faced while playing Shadows.

1. Texture issues:
Some textures like buildings, statues, bridges, trees are blurry like they haven't loaded at all. If I stand there and wait, they slowly start to load and produce the complete texture. Some grasses doesn't even appear. Only if I wait there for some time, they start to appear.

2. Audio issues (voices, noices, grunts):
While exploring through the streets, I can't able to hear the lively vibe of the city, like npcs talking with each other, soldier telling me to not enter in restricted places. Also even when I assassinate the soldiers, I can't able to hear their screams or pain while they're dying. Whenever Naoe calls her horse, I can't hear the whistle sound. It only appears like 20 seconds later. Plus, when I attack using Naoe, here attack sound/grunts like "jah!" "Uhh" only appears 5 seconds later after the attack is done

3. Music issues:
Sometimes the background music doesn't play and there would be dead silence while exploring. The problem still occurs even in high music frequency setting

4. Cutscene delay:
Pressing 'speak' to characters only shows the cutscene after 10 seconds

All these issues makes me question if I should continue now to play the game or not cuz they break the immersion of the game

Jeesh I spent 20 hours in the first region. Just now got Yasuke and I’m exhausted. I have a feeling the rest of the regions are going to be the same stuff. After all this Now come to find out he can’t even climb. Oh man… would have rather see how Evior story ends really in Vinland.

So basically you need content

finished main story on level 35 just to unlock assassin ally :D

The contracts are also a good way to power level, the 3 contracts are usually in the same area and it only takes a couple minutes complete the objective. You can avoid combat in most situations and just move on to the next zone to do 3 contracts there. I would say this is good for the mid-game when you have a good amount of fast travel points unlocked.

Is the Tera building bugged? I have it built and still get only 500 xp for a painting. Did a mission where it was saying I will get 2000 xp and got exactly 2000 xp instead of 2200. Like nothing changed with the building.

Ubisoft is sold. This game wasn’t good enough

"Change this configuration on the menu to be optimal" is such a sad way to experience a videogame

Kinda sucks that theres no ng+.. 100 hours in and there is bearly anything left to do. Hope they fix it asap

If on pc the fastest way is to use wemod to get over 9 million exp in one second or a save that has everything unlock at max level.

Fair warning. I'm on xbox series x and the tera 10% xp buff is only working when playing as Yasuke. I can confirm this playing the same mission twice, Naoe recieved 2,000 xp while Yasuke got 2,200 xp.

I turned on guided exploration and I don't see any targets on the map?

Played 23 hours without yasuke just doing contracts enjoying the game overall then decides to do the shinbakfu missions i unlocked him never even touched him don't like to play with him just once in while i like to be a brute and just let all enemies attack me without comming close to dying

You should still collect the hideout recourses you can sell them for a really good amount of money wich is usefull for upgrading alies weapons at level 30 i have over 70k mon just bc i sell a lot of recourses i am saving up for the chance i see gold in a vendor or something

game is nice, but too much boring side stuff and hate the leveling system on ac games.
