People wanted no God and no greater purpose and embraced evilution whole heartily. Now, evilution is found impossible, dissolution and nothingness is the order of the day, because God and repentance seem like far away dreams due to what secular worldview has made. I wish we could just say “read your bible” but even that has been corrupted and made confusing. No one is crying, “Lord help us!”

This is real science where evidance can be followed to its reasnoble conclusion.

The majority of the s scientific community being atheists hold that only naturalistic causes can be postulated which is really thier belief in materialism preventing them from following the evidence to wherever it may lead.

Thomas Huxley and many centuries of animosity towards the church and the sphere of influence held by the 'church' had a lot to do with how evolution went straight from the pages of 'On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life' into textbooks and lesson plans. Historically, if you look at it this was a strategic transfer of the Resource of Influence and Power from the Sphere of 'Religion' to the Sphere of 'Science.' They knew exactly what they were doing and in the end Darwin was just a pawn. They used him and his family's name and Wallace and Pattrick Matthew who was the REAL originator of Natural Selection got kicked to the side because Matthew being in Scotland was old at that point and Wallace came from nothing.

You know that you are in for nonsense when the opening statement includes "what is it all about" this is a presumption that there is a purpose. If this was an honest exploration then the question would be "is there a meaning". What we get here is the presumption that there is a meaning followed by arguments that there only hold up IF we take this initial presumption as true.

It is wonderful to have good scientists address science and intelligent design. Dr. Behe is excellent, along with others such as Dr. Hugh Ross, Dr. James Tour, and Dr. Stephen Meyer (as well as others). I enjoy watching all of them.

I have a question, can mutations create new things?

If it was designed by whom? Who designed the creator? This line of thinking goes nowhere. You just get stuck in an infinite loop.
There are at least 10,000 known genetic diseases in humans. That doesn’t sound too intelligent.
The organization of genes on the chromosomes is haphazard to say the least. A complete mess. Not very intelligent.
This happened because random mistakes occur over and over and there is never a chance to start with a “clean sheet of paper “, as an intelligent designer might do.
This idea is really flawed.

Intelligent Design does not have to be a God. The universe could be complicated enough to appear intelligent to us, therefore Intelligent Design could be a logical choice until we find out differently.

Darwinism...cells evolved and base case to kill itself. That is, now humans with love, bonding must know he/she will fall sick and die. Emotions abound. (Believe same with creatures. Eat the other to survive for a period and die.)

Are the human inventions and uses of medicine, money, clothes, weapons, shoes and eye lenses (all required to live better) a form of evolution?

The only question that matters is why is there anything? Logically, scientifically, atheistically there should be nothing whatsoever, a void. But there is everything, reality, and a full examination of everything is the only way to answer why there is anything. The Big Bang has been dismissed, no evidence for any theory of evolution, certainly not origins of complex molecules. What is amazing is that Darwin, who was mentally ill, obsessed with his false idea, became the god of atheism, humanism, communism. I wonder if Behe will address that fact and why the academic evolutionsts never mention that. Also the ridiculous probabilities of random events resulting in complex molecules that then get morecomplex, incredibly more complex. And there is no life elsewhere in the universe.

I really find it increasing difficult to understand how people who believe and study science can have such a problem with the concepts of intelligent design. I don't find it hard at all to accept the premise that life it the result of the chemical storage and processing of information to drive the development of different forms of life to a higher level of organization and eventually awareness of the universe they inhabit. The theory makes no assumption of the designer other than an intelligent being or force capable of creating a self-sustaining and evolving system. I don't see the giant logical gap between that and the determination that some ancient artifact contains all the hallmarks of being the product of human or other animal conscious action. What am I missing?

Science is methods for dealing with God's creature.

Thank you for this! I read Dr. Behe's book and it blew my mind. I can't believe that I never questioned Darwinism before! Researchers like him really made a difference in my worldview, and I hope his message reaches more and more people.

By the way the Hebrew of Genesis one actually does teach common ancestry the English translation is very poor a lot of Hebrew words do not even have English equivalents such as tenses etcetera
