If you want to make it more efficient put bars on the bottom plate. It causes the potatoes to bounce up and contact the wall . At least the electric version I used when I was in the US Army. While I was in basic training, that was the only time I had KPl

The old engineering people in England used to call those casting defects 'sprues'. My Grandmother, who was as old as this potato peeler, used to say things like 'oh, you can see that is a cheap and nasty thing, it is covered in sprues'.

Believe me, I enjoyed watching this video. You did a very clean and lovely job.
