Almost impossible to frown in a Firebird!
ОтветитьYou're going to need a new radiator sometime soon- both headers are leaking. 2 row copper/brass rads are very hard to find- will have to get a plastic/aluminum one. I was a radiator shop owner for 22 years so I always look at the rad in these videos...
Otherwise very cool car!
'Accuire' a large traffic cone to sit your wheel on to paint, prep and clean your wheels
ОтветитьCould be a great project worth restoring
ОтветитьWoh an American that says aluminium properly 😂😂 just a quick one when bleeding brakes fill the bottle up about 1/4 and submerge the bleed pipe init that way you don't have to keep locking the nipple, just pump till there's no bubbles.
ОтветитьLove your long videos. Keep up good work
ОтветитьThat thing is fucking sick!!!!!
ОтветитьBest yet
ОтветитьThe only thing i don't agree with is them bitch mitts
ОтветитьCool !! I had an 80 Formula back in the day !!
ОтветитьMy two favorite grease monkeys!!!!
ОтветитьJust discovered your channel. Really enjoying the content and the enthusiasm you show for these cars. Big thumbs up and g'day from Australia.
ОтветитьI personally like the honeycomb rims they look the best in my opinion
Ответитьall noise no go typical american muscle lol
ОтветитьNext oil change, I would use Rotella Baystock 15 W-4 and of course an excellent filter and I would change the rear axle lubricant of course with a good 75, 140 and hopefully you have new shocks on there and get the front end lined up and grease the shit out of everything with the best Extreme pressure highly water resistant Greece
ОтветитьMeu pai tinha um pontiac firebird fórmula 1976, Aqui no Brasil, congratulações
Ответить$40 for a master? where lol

ОтветитьIt's like the Rockford files car
ОтветитьIn 17-47the tire ruuuun😂😂😂
ОтветитьOn those rims try Alfoil and dip it in warm water to soak then use the alfoil on the rusted areas on the rims
ОтветитьGreat car, Gen X-er here, these were big at my high school back long ago. Wonder if David Spade or Kid Rock knows what happened to his car!!
ОтветитьWhy didn't you bench bleed that master? Also you are supposed to bleed the farthest one first. Right rear, left rear, right front, then left front.
ОтветитьYou need to check the axles and drain the fluid out of that pumpkin pull the cover off check the seal and the gearing and the u-joints front and rear all the way to the transmission and yes check the transmission itself by disassembling it
ОтветитьYes I like Pontiac Peace out
ОтветитьI bought a 78 Formula new that was just like that one from Tabor Pontiac in Atlanta. I kept it 9 years and sold it. Big mistake. Mine was the same color and it had a 305 in it. I still have the paperwork somewhere from when I bought it. It could be the same car? I really enjoyed seeing you bring this one back to life!
ОтветитьNow I want one….
ОтветитьMy REGARDS FROM GUATEMALA CENTRAL AMÉRICA I'M MANUEL.
ОтветитьNever drive that thing without a pack of smokes rolled up in your short sleeve shirt. Even if you don't smoke, get some candy cigarettes. Don't blaspheme the culture.
ОтветитьI really have enjoy watching this channel good job on everything
ОтветитьI hate manual brakes, they are a pain in the ass!
ОтветитьFirst time viewer! Love the channel. Why do you cover the stands?
ОтветитьI would bet that you could have sold those Winston tires for something. People like to hang that stuff in their man Garage.
ОтветитьI’m sure someone has already mentioned this in the comments, but if your looking for the build sheet in those cars they are behind the upper part of the rear seats in Firebird, Formulas, and Trans Ams. Take the upper part of the bucket back seat out and it should be attached if mice or rats haven’t gotten to it.
ОтветитьJames Garner would be proud! I had a 1980 Camero, very similar to the fire chicken. I totally enjoy you shows! thanks , Dan
ОтветитьI had a 74. Had 2 scoops on hood. Called her “Raisin Bran”. She rusted out. I owned it in 1980 during high school. Wasn’t very powerful.
NE Iowa…rust belt.
You did a great job! Good looking old Firebird!
ОтветитьI had two brain surgerys last year because I was attacked from behind me and I lost my dogs of 11 years so I am watching more of your stuff
ОтветитьHate to be that guy, but you’re not doing those reverse turns correctly
ОтветитьHeh, great series, but what about safety googles and a mask when you are doing these repairs?
Ответить
