But I’m glad he put it to rest with the simplicity. A lot of guitarists are extremely worried strings when really, it comes down to what makes you comfortable. He mostly only uses the low A for the breakdowns, so it makes sense.

Adam is a beast, I think was the first one i've actually paid atention on a live rig with a very minimalist setup, yet still having a disgusting filthy tone in every song plus the playing, damn.
Really motivated me to add midi changes and full stems for my bands live shows too.

Why are you using seven string sets and throwing away the extra string? Why not just get a set of 10s for a six string, then add the 68? It would be the same gauges and you don't have to wast the 59.
