ОтветитьI dont know how many procent of people who traning at the gym are natural but maybe around 20 % are natural but the rest using shortcuts especially the heaviest bodybuilders . Steroids gentlemens for many of us giving huge muscles and also risk . Being natural is a real art avoid any kinds of steroids keep us natural. Thanks to vics for motivation ;)

ОтветитьI remain unconvinced by this guy. I bought his DVDs and wasn't impressed. He's either a juicer (sure, he has certifications to the contrary on his website), or so genetically gifted that he's of limited use to the rest of us anyway.

First of all, sorry for my bad English. I love your motivational video's and the way you look at things always inspires me. I'm now going to the gym and doing excersises for about three years seriously. At one point a month ago the upside of my left wrist started to get really painfull. I have had this two times earlier but on my right wrist wich went away after a week or so. And because i'm a guitarist i always take care when i excersise to provide problems with my wrist. But this time it's been almost 5 weeks later and I cannot do one push up because of the pain. The docter said i just need rest and hopefully it will heal itself. I dont know why this happened because i am not bench pressing the wrong way or somerhing. Now my question is, do you ever had wrist problems/injuries and do you have any tips to provide this or excersises (or changing the grip or something) that dont put so much stress on your wrist?
I hope that you could understand my question despite of my bad English.
