Put an expanded metal cage around the exhaust as a guard.

Nice job tucking that bumper to the body and with the winch even!

I appreciate the cool factor of the bumper and all the work. But on a working tow truck it has to take a beating and still protect the truck # 3/16 PLATE

I see it’s still a bit of a struggle for Dusty and Tyson to see the image Chad has in his head. Especially when we find out at the end that that image is not even clear to Chad.

If you trim the end of the bumper off to clear the tires, think about putting rollers on the ends of the front bumper for side pulls from the front winch! Eddie

So Chad, let me get this straight. You have a Chevy cab, GMC grille and bumper, a humongous Ford engine plus misc other items and Dodge rear coil springs. So basically you have built an AMC wrecker. Who would have thought it would end up this way.

You might want to figure out what type of material you need to put around the gas tank from getting damaged. Truck looks Great 👍

As you stated,you did cut the bumper ,I thought it looked better when you first tried it on ,but you've done it now .
How about a slimline tube nudge bar sitting just below the bumper to hide what you have exposed ?

I never understood why places have a registration separate from insurance that you have to renew every year when you buy new insurance your car's registration more or less gets updated but I have a car that hasn't been insured in 30 years practically and its registration is still valid All I have to do is just take that registration in and buy insurance and then the car is allowed on the road again cause without insurance in BC or Canada most of the time places you can't drive without insurance

Chad and crew, I suspect that if you were to paint the lower part of your bumper the same white as the wings etc. it would all tie in. Try it b4 wrapping it and see how it looks.

You could mount pad eyes through the bumper for shackles like a CUCV.
