This guy doesn't believe in/use moisture barriers. One good rain - and water will seep down the sides of the wall between the dirt and the mud - and rot will ensue. There goes all that hard work. And without some sort of raised "lid" on the chimney - rain will come down through there, as well - and put out the fire. So much for staying dry and WARM in bad weather.

A great demonstration of many useful techniques! Great job!
One difference, I think I'd cook that rat topping through first, then add it to the pizza. The bread and tomatoes cook sooner than meat, so chances are, it did not get up to the required 168F for safe handling of meat (and probably should be more for wild meat). Anything less would not kill all the potential parasites, such as heartworm eggs, etc. Woodland rats are, granted, much cleaner than city rats, in terms of carrying diseases, but still any wild meat should be cooked well done, to be safe.
