Sim earth is a epic forshadowing of spore :P, Sim earth was great and it took nearly 15-20 years for will to realize that it can be even more.... and spore was created :)

Still, I think Will Wright should've never left Maxis/EA. He's definitely my an Idol for me when it comes to games.

Step 1: Make games for people who don't play games. Step 2: Hire a staff of people to count your money.

I never understood why they never made a newer version of Simant...or that no one made an updated knock-off, even someone in this house making a flash version. I feel myself being drawn towards making games, if for no other reason than to make a new ant simulation game. Simant style, ant farm mode, pvp online...anyone? no...okay...*sigh* ...I'm going to make it anyway!

One of the greatest games of all time. I was there when TS1 first came out and Will Wright says some powerful words about The Sims in this that only Simmers will understand. What he thinks of the barnacle that is TS4 I don't know. It seems that TS3 is the last great Sims game

Thank you Will Wright for the great enterprise. Although EA fucked up Sim City the 2013 reboot. Im still playing the older versions like Simcity 3000 which is great. I do enjoy them.

I LOVE the sims series so much. I really wish the sims 1 would work on windows 10..

My city had no police departments and it was more successful than my friend's.

I still think about what would happen if he still worked on the Sims franchise. Seriously it could've been sth mindblowing rather that the money grabbing sims 4
