This happened directly behind my family's (our) home. I can literally look over our brick wall in our backyard and have a bird's-eye view of that apartment complex..... This apartment complex is a public nuisance to the homeowners in the area! Constant & systemic chaos, police lights 🚨 police sirens, fire trucks and riff Raff.....
