Synthetic hair transplant

I feel that the hairline is not soft enough. The hairs chosen on the first 2 rows are too dark compared to the temple points. The color on the temple points is light brown while the hairline is extremely dark brown. Dr Zarev should of took the hair grafts for the hair line from behind the temple point sides

is this 100% own hair transplant (transplanted from head) or it has some synthetic hair as well?

12k grafts? It's pretty rare for a Caucasian to have such a great donor. It's borderline impossible.
