this show is great and still holds up. much better than most of the drivel out there today. the various characters are great and  it makes me want to visit Vermont. All hey need to do is drop in a laptop here and there and a cell phone and it would be current.

The one flaw in this is that if Ed Newman had watched those episodes, he would have known that Dick was trying to be reasonable with the psychic, and the psychic just kept getting more and more absurd. And he would have seen that Dick was trying to be reasonable with the pro nuclear war activist, and the PNWA kept egging him on.

I am quarantining since Sunday. All i do is stay in bed and watch this show. I loved it in the 80's and i love it now. Hated Michael and Stephanie then and now. Wish i could buy an inn or at least go stay at the Stratford with Dick and Joanna. I do know where the real Stratford is but the interiors are all sets snd not part of that inn.

His name really is pronouced loo-den as he spells it. For lau-den as he wants it pronouced, he has to spell it like this : Laudon. However, nothing can spoil my enjoyment of this show, except to be pronouced ready to go back to work! 😭
