ОтветитьGood list, however, I would not recommend the oats in most cases due to the amount of glyphosate contained. Most organic still has it, so good chance you are eating weed killer. Best choice is organic, steel cut, but you would want to read the reports on the levels of glyphosate in the oats before eating.

The best way to go about it is stick to a healthy diet then treat yourself to a occasion food you may not eat much out therefore you get to enjoy it and then go away from it!!!!!
