How to Clean TILE GROUT FAST with NO Harsh Chemicals

Good but way too much introductory and descriptive talking like “this grout is nasty”… just get to the point.

Well speaking for myself this would be great if it was just doing this in a small bathroom. But now try to do your whole house that has tiles with dirty grout. Then how would you clean up fast and steal efficiently?

I really like your results and I did the same thing and left it on a little longer than two minutes - probably three or four. But I did not get the same results and I don’t know why. In fact, I can’t really tell that it made much difference for mine. I’m wide-open to input because I’d really like to get my grout clean. It’s just me living here and it doesn’t get horribly dirty but you can tell it’s been used and it doesn’t look new or great. I’m wide open to any suggestions or input.

FYI: applicator. I used a plastic ketchup bottle, you know, the round ones at diners? With a cap on it? A gentle squeeze and a perfect line on the grout.

Get Stainsolver. It does the job.

I expected you to wash the solution off, not just wipe it down. It's possible the baking soda is still in the grout making it look whiter than it is. Show us the final product, not just a small wipe down with a damp cloth.

Worked for me a small bathroom. Done one section so far. Hard on the knees but the section I did looks brand new.

I would never choose tile for a bathroom or kitchen floor. I have a lot of tile floors in my house... Clean mop or not, dirt settles in the grout and the mop just makes it worse.

If you have colored grout, test in a hidden spot first. Hydrogen peroxide, while not bleach, is a bleaching agent.

does the dish detergent have to be "Dawn" specific? or can it be any other brand? I've seen other videos recommend the same thing. So I wasn't sure if there's a chemical in "Dawn" that works better than other dish soaps brands

Tiles sitting in chlorine pools for decades = "okay". Diluted bleach on tiles for occasional cleaning = "ruined?"

It definitely works, thought I would have to re-grout the floor before I tried it 😅

What do you use to seal it after you clean the grout?

Foaming Dawn dish soap and a denture brush, or soft toothbrush, works amazingly well on grout. You don't even have to scrub that hard.

If you scrub too much won’t you need to redo your grout more often?

Would this method work with the grout in the shower?

“Couple” means two.

I have very similar looking tile on my shower wall but it has a shiny porcelain finish. Will the baking soda or brush scratch the shiny porcelain finish tile?

Ok. Give the man his due. This works great. I've tried several different cleaners. Nothing has worked like this. Just got thru cleaning the grout in our guest bathroom. Highly recommend this method. Thanks a ton.
