only thing that currently holds me back from diving into this game in full is the abysmal A.I and the fact that the enviroment doesn´t get destroyed when you roll over a fence or something. the rest is absolutly good. its been a while since i last looked into it. maybe i give it a go again

I just wish the developers would come out with a WW2 version. I had the tank sim, Tiger vs T34 and it was great. WW2 had tons of different tanks. Modern times not so much.

Reminds me of M1 tank platoon II - probably the best armor simulator at the time it came out.

God please stop saying T-64 follows the T-62, not it doesnt.
T-62 is a hiccup in soviet tank development intended to justify the research and funds allowance to the first smoothbore MBT gun, the 115mm Molot.
T-55 >> T-72
T-64 >> T80
T-72+64+80 >> T-90

Nah its a good combat demo but its nowhere near a complete "game" especially compared to old steel beasts type shit.

This is the first and only game I buy in Early Access and I have hope for what they are doing.

I wish this would play out like a grand strategy where you have to conquer the world. And as you capture different countries you get to use their technology.

Not everyone wants multiplayer I for one don't as it only invites cheaters and hackers which end up destroying otherwise great single player games, a Co-Op would be better where you and friends fight AI forces, now that I would like and want lol

Without a good dynamic campaign and systems outside of operating a tank, this is not a game. It’s a demo.

M833's both been nerfed and made much rarer, M774 is the current default

the M60A3 did indeed have a really, really shitty stabilization for the gunsight. the game didn't initially have it like this, and it was updated to how it is now after a number of interviews the devs conducted with former M60A3 crew members.

you have 70 ready rounds of APDS in Bradley but that's not your whole stock, you do actually have restocks in the form of 50 round belts

T-72M1 is extremely rare in campaign. T-72 Ural derivatives of East Germany such as T-72M and T-72 UVs are far more common, and these lack turret composites and hull add-on armor and are thus much more vulnerable

3BM20 is essentially just 3BM15 scaled down to the 100mm gun of the T-55. it's slower and smaller owing to the less powerful gun, and thus for obvious reasons it is less powerful

T-64 is an unrelated parallel development to T-62, not an iteration

Has anyone come up with a control scheme that would work with a PS2-type USB controller? I've been able to set up the left joystick to drive pretty easily. Just not quite sure how to configure the right to slew the turret and change barrel elevation.
