In my view, the term "red pill" is far more broad: it means to analyze all of your reality with a critical view, and not accepting societal values and norms at face value.

I think red pill should include the ideas of secure attachment (insecure and avoidant attachment as well) Focus more on how men and women can move towards becoming more healthy partners.

Unfortunately there are way too many idiots representative for the red pill.
