Another way to do this would be to wish so you cant wish for unlimited wishes and then wish to have all wishes you already made have the opposite effect

if you want to get umli wishes 1st wish 2 wishes that you want then tha last wish is wish that he (genie) forgets everything that happened then make him go back to his pot then rub it again then when he sees you he will grant you another 3 wishes

Wish 1: wish to remove all restrictions on wishes, including but not limited to general rules, genie-implemented restrictions, and any other potential restrictions that may be in effect.

(There is no rule stating I cannot wish to disable the rules, including the infinite wish rule.)

Wish 2: wish for unlimited wishes at full power for my own personal use, effective immediately and with no hidden or unnecessary complications, executed as I plan them to be granted with no unexpected changes or alterations to the results in regards to how I expect them to perform, and without need for a genie or other effect besides the ability to have my wishes granted as I choose, when I choose- with differentiation between random statements and genuine wishes via a keyword of my choosing added prior to the words ‘I wish’.

(This now allows all the wishes I want, whether the genie is around or not. Precautions are needed to ensure that it works as intended. Also separates the infinite wishes from the genie themselves, thus giving me one more wish directly from the genie.)

Wish 3: wish to prevent them from sharing the information of this loophole with other genies, or from restricting others from executing this loophole, across all genies- however, other wish restrictions will apply given this loophole is not in effect.

(Basically enabling other people to use this loophole. Other restrictions will apply until the loophole is in play, thus removing the restrictions.)

Bonus:

Self-Wish 1: Wish for the genie to be free. It’s only fair after putting up with my bullshit.

Self-Wish 2: Wish for the wishes I got from the genie to be permanent- unable to be altered, reversed, removed, or otherwise adjusted in any way, save for the first since it no longer applies (as I am out of wishes from the genie, and they are free anyways.)

Self-Wish 3: Wish for the second-most-recent wish the GENIE granted to be granted as if the genie had wished for it. Basically giving the genie freedom and options to explore life as they please in quick succession, as the second most recent wish that the GENIE had granted was the one for infinite wishes.

Might as well give them something, but make sure they can’t just reset everything right away.

From there? The world is my oyster. Same goes for the now-free genie, who can basically just live a normal life- albeit with the freedom to do anything they want to.

One issue. How was he able to wish for unlimited wish, when he wished that he couldn't wish for it. The fact that he actively wished for it twice before the twin switch means the first wish wasnt granted.
