I divorced him.I can't except cheating, drugs, lies, plotting my death to steal my inheritance and my home..couldn't do anything the divorce blindsided him..check mate game over .I'm so happy now I have my peace back no more darkness for me.

My ex projects the same things as your father. I know it isn’t me now but I didn’t always. I’ve noticed even with the boundaries he affects me with his energy. I have to communicate for coparenting reasons and when my communication doesn’t reflect back to him that he is wonderful he flips a switch. He is willing to remain peaceful if I feed into the narrative that he did nothing wrong in the marriage and it is mostly my fault. This man beat me for years, broke my arms and ribs, destroyed my soul and placed me into a depression where I believed everything was my fault. Since my awakening he has not been able to do this anymore but he still tries. I recommend no contact to anyone who can. And if you can’t and they hit you with those paragraph texts where they’re telling you how horrible you are and how wonderful they are respond with “Agree to disagree” and nothing more. Not being able to control you anymore is the nail in their coffin.

Why are they here? Is it to wake us up? I don’t think they have souls like we do and wish I had never encountered them/him. But I will say I have grown so much from the experience. He forced me to be masculine. Even now my walls go up when he’s around. The experience made me aware and more focused on my feminine energy. If it doesn’t feel safe it’s not!

My covert narcissistic dad just kicked me out on the streets. He would say horrible things to me and pick fights with me and when I finally reacted he would blame everything on me.
