Nice tip. 😊
Ответитьnever imagined i would need to know this but here i am - thanks
ОтветитьI would love to know if there's advice on how to serve martini drinks
ОтветитьI feel like the wet towel isn’t efficiently heavy for its volume. They could make heavier trays or some removable weighted tray cover if that doesn’t already exist.
ОтветитьMay the algorithm be with you ❤
ОтветитьDoes anyone know what musical instruments are used in the background music? it has a relaxing sound
ОтветитьEso en restaurantes de lujo, en bares y tabernas es imposible 😂😂😂
ОтветитьWish I knew this when I worked at a restaurant. I still remember at 16 working at hibachi, and I got asked to carry a platter of 16 glasses. Welp, I dropped all of them. I got lucky that it was water, and that I didnt get anyone besides myself wet.
ОтветитьThis guys channel is about to blow up. I can FEEL it!
ОтветитьThis is the one thing I will always give to front of house; I can do a lot of their jobs well but carrying drinks is so freakin hard lol
ОтветитьNext is how to open a beer bottle... twist offs to be exact 🤣🤣🤣🤣 wtf
ОтветитьThis is the kinda stuff squidward was talking about when he told SpongeBob to learn about fine dining
ОтветитьCan you please share the name of the background music? It's so lovely and relaxing!
ОтветитьIf you took the time to do this for all your glasses, you're getting fired 💯
ОтветитьIn what I got told was balance is key and the same movment its an esey thing to learn
ОтветитьIt wouldn't be so helpful on a busy night but nevertheless is an amazing tip.
ОтветитьOnce you learn how to carry trays and cocktail trays it’s really not that difficult to have wine glasses among other drinks on one tray. I’ve even worked as a servers assistant bussing tables with trays and you’d be surprised just how much weight you can balance on a tray and take to the back. Just gotta be carful.
ОтветитьAh doing this for no reason, i was a server and a cook in a michelin star restaurant. And nobody gives a shit
ОтветитьIf you’re a real waiter you should know never to serve a wine or a champagne glass like that because then they will have your fingerprints on the glass.
Ответить😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьCool trick but it’s still for the rookies lol from my experiences you’re going to break many glasses in your time trays are going to fall down. Glasses are going to slip. Don’t lose it when it happens just stay calm apologize for the inconvenience and just go back to a proper step service
ОтветитьWhen you say the "weight is now on the foot", what do you mean? I'm not clear; what is the weight and the foot? Why does a wet towel shift the weight to the foot?
ОтветитьWhen someone shares their passion and expertise through teaching, it is compelling for everyone, even when one does not necessarily need to learn it for their own life. Here, we have not just a video on making drink service easier, but also a Master explaining his mastery.
ОтветитьWhen one time you forgot to remove the clothe and lift one glass and all the glasses followed that glass 🥂
Ответить❤❤
