Wow, that was really helpful. This speech-to-text feature is extremely useful. I just tested it and found that it works in three languages, recognizing German, Russian, and English. I’m sure it will work with other languages as well.

The really interesting workflow is: after starting the dictation function, you can say, for example, “Translate into Spanish” at the beginning, and then speak in your native language. You will then automatically get a fairly accurate Spanish translation. That’s really quite brilliant.

Unfortunately, the shortcut doesn’t work within every software on the Mac. In streaming apps, for example, the dictation function isn’t triggered when I’m in the text field.

Wispr Flow is currently developing an iOS app. If you're subscribed to Wispr Flow, you can test it now. It's going to be released shortly. They basically came out with an iOS keyboard replacement, and you can just dictate into any text box. This is amazing; I think it's even better than Eleven Labs to be honest. Because they also combine it with a AI model to improve what you said, like little stutter rules and repetitions that don't make sense. They just take them out. Stuff like that is really amazing. I dictate this little paragraph with it, actually.

Using the ios shortcut seems to require tapping to paste the content into the text area. I wish it would just automatically paste it.

I was able to get Genspark to generate a slide deck that was much better at creating a through line of a concept than Gamma was capable of outputting. Gamma has better visuals, but Genspark's AI is superior in my opinion.

Ehh Ill stick to doing the automation with Tasker and maintain my Android Freedom Rights😂
