ОтветитьI can’t stay asleep I’m doin all what the professor said I go to sleep at 10.30pm an I will fall asleep before 11pm but wake up 2 or 3am everyday and have been for 8 years now please help

ОтветитьMeditating is also great way to help get a better sleep! 😀 Meditating will:
- increase melatonin (the sleep hormone)
- increase serotonin (precursor of melatonin)
- reduce heart rate
- decrease blood pressure
- activate parts of the brain that control sleep

ОтветитьThank you Doctor. I'm skeeny and I just turned 70. I usually sleep 5 hours for years. I want to improve my sleep. I started a few months intermittent fasting. I had a few dreams lately and noticed having a hard on too.
