I'm reading Prof. Walker's book "Why We Sleep" at the moment. He writes beautifully - not at all dry, like he speaks, very easy to understand. He has taught me so much already..

I can’t stay asleep I’m doin all what the professor said I go to sleep at 10.30pm an I will fall asleep before 11pm but wake up 2 or 3am everyday and have been for 8 years now please help

Meditating is also great way to help get a better sleep! 😀 Meditating will:

- increase melatonin (the sleep hormone)
- increase serotonin (precursor of melatonin)
- reduce heart rate
- decrease blood pressure
- activate parts of the brain that control sleep

hey if u cant fall asleep u should listen to calming music i have many of them on my channel and it would help me grow my channel if u listened to them and in return you'll sleep better ps. im not a bot just tryna grow my page and help people

Matt Walker is fantastic sleep helps with everything I was feeling sick the other day and went to bed early I felt 80 pecent better I will call a doctor today I still have a tight chest but iam better then I was

Thank you Doctor. I'm skeeny and I just turned 70. I usually sleep 5 hours for years. I want to improve my sleep. I started a few months intermittent fasting. I had a few dreams lately and noticed having a hard on too.

mr Walker says exactly the same things in every clip he's appeared in. unfortunately he NEVER really explains how to get a BETTER SLEEP.

Listening to BROWN or WHITE noise can help take away thoughts or distractions to help you sleep! I Have 10 hour long streams to help on my page!!

What about taking melatonin to help you sleep? Is that considered natural sleep or is it more a sedated sleep?
