ОтветитьGoing downstairs and jogging have been nearly impossible as I rehab from my tibial plateau fracture. Have a lot of arthritis in both knees but my orthopedic surgeon and PT feel like I can show my dogs again. Thanks!

Great if you are an older person.
Thanks for the class Tim, those exercises feels amazingly good and you provide enough information that we can tune them to fit our level of strenght and sensitivity. I noticed how my right knee is weakened thus the pain i was feeling. I'm taking things slowly to develop strenght gradually and give me a couple months and these bad boys will be deflecting bullets no doubt.
