I'm not a CHEF and I don't have any FORMAL culinary training and I cooked for my friend's 50th birthday party that was for 50 people I was given $500.00( 5,5,5 😉)Since we live in the south I made ALL SOUL FOOD and I was able to feed 50 people BUFFETT STYLE BY MYSELF for less than $500.00! It's Not Hard When You Have A Specific Menu, Timing And NO SPECIAL REQUESTS And BEING LEFT ALONE To Get Everything Thing Done!
