Great bedroom for a single bed! You want to put the dining area by the front door a mile away from the kitchen! You might put a stuffed chair in the living area and it’s so small even a mouse would feel cramped! No thanks! One good earthquake and it’s curtains as you and they will fall from the outside of the bldg when the windows bust out!

Beautiful windows and floor level but it seems to have the worst floor plan! The positioning of it all is very awkward and leaves no room for flexibility. Although the views are exceptional, one side of the apartment is blocked by a building of the same height. However, that’s the case for many city apartments. Otherwise it’s great for a college student/couple!

interior plan is bit weired. if kitchen is get further to corner it would be much spacier. what would you do with aisle space near by kitchen ?

250 per week max and that’s pushing it.. it’s an L shaped kitchen and study with a bedroom that’s about 2 metres squared,, doesn’t look like a queen bed would fit. If it did, it would be wall to wall.
