Excellent and very helpful video! Thank you for sharing
ОтветитьThanks for making this video. I wanted to find out what this spice was, so I could use it in a recipe on YT. I would not have bought it with msg and dyes in it. Your vid shows how to make it healthy. I have most of the spices already and the machine just like yours to grind it together. All I have to buy is the annatto. God Bless.
ОтветитьOk, i see the red here. Thanks
ОтветитьMe gustaría que la isiera en idioma español.
ОтветитьWow that's awesome. Thanks for sharing! Will be making my own natural sofrito and sazon thanks to u! ❤
ОтветитьNo cumin, i hate comino, it is not a nessicary spice😯😯😖
ОтветитьYou’re amazing! xo
ОтветитьThank you! No more MSG . a healthier way to add flavor and color to Puerto Rican dishes.
ОтветитьThank you so much for this easy recipe. since the store bought saizon can be expensive it's nice to know I can make my own
ОтветитьThanks for the great recipe. I have been making arroz con pollo with the Goya Sazon. I love knowing the ratios of the spices so I can experiment making my own variations. As for those worried about MSG, there is nothing wrong with it. It is a sodium salt of glutamic acid (which is abundant in tomatoes). Used sparingly, it gives your food a meaty flavor. There is a lot of scare based on old and bad research. Please educate yourself. Always keep in mind that digestion takes place at a molecular level. Your body doesn't care if the molecule came from a plant, an animal or was manufactured in a chemical factory. You can be allergic to natural foods and artificial foods. Listen to your body and savor your food.
ОтветитьI'm using Goya f that
Ответитьwhat's ground annatto?
ОтветитьWhat is coriander?
ОтветитьCan’t find achiote or annatto anywhere!
ОтветитьI made this but the cumin seems to overpower the whole thing! I haven’t tried it yet so I don’t know if the cumin will overpower the dish I make. Thank you for the ingredient list!
ОтветитьHola Aida..Como Esta?? Tienes Muy Manos Limpias...Lo Hare Comer Directamente de Tu Manos....Dulce Y Mas Alla....
Ответитьthanks, but you forgot turmeric which gives it the yellow color for rice. i would omit oregano.
ОтветитьCan I add a table spooned saffron
ОтветитьI’m so glad I came upon your channel! I don’t want to use the artificial stuff!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьHoña mo lleva sal?
ОтветитьGracias! Lo que estaba buscando! Hace tiempo quería aprender para dejar de usar los sobres de Goya que tienen colorantes, preservativos y mucho sodio🙂.
ОтветитьIf you want the color use saffron.
ОтветитьMy hubby is from Puerto Rico and I’m always trying to learn new recipes! You’re channel has helped me so much! Never did I know how much PR’s love their sazon and adobo. Lol, and I get it! I, being, half Mexican knew about adobo but sazon adds this whole BAM to food. Lol love your channel and simply wanted to give my thanks for these recipes. God bless.
ОтветитьI really appreciate you for this I love sazon but I wanted a healthier recipe😍
ОтветитьThank you so much because that Goya coloring artificial coloring makes me want to commit suicide
ОтветитьIm totally gonna make this. Thank you! I hate using the one with MSG.
ОтветитьNo sugar and salt either!
ОтветитьThank you!!! 😁
ОтветитьCan't find annato here in Maine. But, it's really just for coloring, right? Also, Sazon has turmeric listed as an ingredient, just wondering about that. I have no problem with MSG. I think that the rumors of it being unhealthful were started in an anti-Asian campaign 50 years ago. It is derived from an amino acid that is the most abundant amino acid on earth, so not sure why it would be unhealthful.
ОтветитьIda? Come back! I miss your guidance in my not-so-Puerto Rican Kitchen!
ОтветитьWho’s here after the ceo of Goya openly supported trump
ОтветитьThank you for this. Going to start making my own. 🖕🏾Goya.
Ответить💜
ОтветитьWhy are so many people still believing on that debunked theory of msg? It was proven wrong and not harmful as the rumors were. Within reason, of course. Too much of anything is harmful. Its like when rumors stated, oh don't used real butter, its bad. Then right back to real butter being good, when that was disproved. Ugh...me da un dolor de cabeza! lol
ОтветитьAnd you do a how to on Goya Adobo too. This recipe video is coming in handy right now.
ОтветитьGreat! I’ve never tired Puerto Rican food. But I’m going to start using your recipes.
ОтветитьBedankt voor het delen 🙏🏿
ОтветитьJust made this! Ran out of sazon for my stew pork for the pastels (all of the recipe videos that you've made). No more store bought or msg for me.
ОтветитьI might try this because it doesn't have salt. There are some other versions I would love to try also.
ОтветитьThank you for this recipe
ОтветитьI made this and added 2 tsps of msg. Used it in my fried chicken and my fried chicken came out bomb. TFS sweetie. I will use this when I don't have the store bought stuff
Ответитьme encanta todos sus sasonadores me podria decir como ago el sasonador goya liquido para lechon al horno gracias saludos de mexico
ОтветитьThank you so much
ОтветитьMSG is good and natural. I don't get why you don't like it. Hmm
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьWhat kind of powder seasoning did you use ? Are they organic ?
ОтветитьWow, choke work to make pastele from scratch, with everything
ОтветитьI noticed the sazon packets now added chili powder, turmeric and paprika. Although it’s great, it no longer has the authentic flavor from Puerto Rico. Whoever wants to add those as well is fine. For me, this is why recently I wasn’t liking the flavor of the chicken. It’s good don’t get me wrong but for me it goes away from the spices normally used in Puerto Rico even while adding a small amount of adobo. I can still taste the difference. Now it all makes sense why I felt something in the packets was off once I saw this video. Thank you. I’ll definitely make my own which I have been wanting to do. Thanks again. I’m definitely sharing this with friends! PS. The packets also contain salt which is something I’m using less of including adobo. So this recipe is great because I have the option of adding salt. Thanks again.
ОтветитьThanks for this recipe.I cannot get this in india and this looks like authentic substitute to start venturing into puerto rican cooking.
ОтветитьYou need a bigger funnel
