WITH REFERENCE TO CARING FOR BRUSHES WHEN I USE A PAINT BRUSH I USE PAINT THINNER. THEN I WASH THEM IN WITH HUMAN SHAMPOO THEN CONDITIONER.

FOLLOWED BY WRAPPING THEM WITH THIN PAPER WHICH ALLOWS THEM TO DRY SLOWLY AND MAINTAINS THEIR ORIGINAL SHAPE.

THIS ADVICE WAS GIVEN BY A SIGNE WRITER MANNY YEARS AGO.

I LIVE IN THE UK SO TYPES OF PAINT MAY DIFFER.

WE STILL HAVE OIL BASED PAINTS THOUGH WE ARE MOVING TOWARDS WATER BASED PAINT.

Here’s a tip I learned from Sarah Richardson, a Canadian designer whom I appreciate: forget trying to fold a fitted sheet! In fact, forget the fitted sheet altogether, and use a flat sheet one size bigger than your bed. Put it on your mattress and tuck in the excess. Brilliant and really easy. 😊

Thanks for the carpet cleaning tip. When we moved in our home it had no flooring. We bought the cheapest largest carpet we could find. Stains pop up all over it and nothing removes it. Totally trying this.

Check out the thrift stores in your area for decorations, pics, and one-of-a-kind finds for your bedroom walls or baskets you can incorporate into creative ways. Also, in other videos, I have seen of yours, since you show cleaning content, any stained cotton t-shirts, and old tank tops work great for kitchen cleaning/house cleaning cloths. Cut up and use them. I'm rough on kitchen cloths, so reusing/recycling is a good option for us. Thanks for sharing. I miss having the energy to do what you do. dish soap works REALLY well for cleaning makeup brushes- baby shampoo and clarifying shampoo are also really great. Used to work at Ulta :)

It is gorgeous. Go to the Dollar Store and see what you can find. Mine consistently surprises me for their wall decor and their flowers. They have gorgeous flowers. Look, don’t take this the wrong way, but I know several people here in Florida that have made rent to own deals with landlords and got shafted. I hope you all got some kind of legal agreement on the two year thing. Just trying to warn you. But these guys, some of them will take you for a ride. Anyway I love everything you have done that I have seen so far. You guys are doing a fantastic job fixing it up.

Wow! It looks great! I would add some greenery whether real or fake. Also a couple of pictures and walk hangings too. I would stay in the beautiful neutral pallet you already have with small pops of color. A little yellow brightens any room.

Beautiful! Good job! My suggestion; if you have any leftover paint, you may want to paint the closet doors. They look like a deep, dark hole compared to the clean, bright, sweet wall color. Love the brush care and organizing!
