So you don't seem to know that your ammunition is already firmly planned as a reserve in the military. You can also confiscate all weapons because Martial Law gives the military the right. So you can provide everything neatly and cleanly before the military turns the entire house upside down. They get what they want in the end. you been left with a Handgun,2 Magazine.

I am here in the UK and non of this would be allowed for a normal person to have; no hand guns period. Rifles, shotguns are about the limit

Having that much ammo poses a logistical nightmare if you have to move. Remember, you can't wear or eat ammo. No man is an island.

Yea, I had a nice stash of ammo. Plus had a nice collection of firearms. Unfortunately I lost all of it in a boating accident. Damn shame. I was devastated. Hopefully one day I can stock up again

Why would you post this?

Storing ammo cans in direct contact with cement floors or up against walls is a really BAD IDEA as cement leaches out moisture and corrosive gas that gets trapped against the can and can lead to corrosion. You should stack your cans on wooden pallets providing and air space of around 3 to 5 inches to allow moisture and gas to clear. Likewise, keep a few inches of space away from walls to prevent mildew on sheet rock and corrosion of the cans. Finally be sure to limit can stacks to 3 or less. Too tall and the stack can become unstable and a .50 cal. can of 45 ACP falling from just a few feet can break bones.

Realistically, how many rounds does a soldier get off before they're killed in battle?

I could see a couple shelves maybe a closet but an entire room? You don’t need all that ammo brother not to mention that you have so much I’d probably store that in a separate shed outside.
