I was talking about TV Guide at work the other day. My Dad who recently passed away would complete the Crossword Puzzle every week. I was a Marlboro Lights smoker too, started with 100's switched to shorts eventually. I quit also btw... I miss the 80's😢
ОтветитьE/R was a comedy and was only on for like a year. Funnily enough, George Clooney was in both shows!
ОтветитьLoved this video 🥰 came just in time for bed, school has been exhausting me
Ответить"He's got some unexpected pleasure for you lady, brace yourself" 😂😂
ОтветитьThe TV Guide was like the bible in my house growing up - couldnt live without it. 1984, the year of my first crush, sigh........
ОтветитьI used to LIVE for the tv guide and I remember my siblings and I would fight over it. 😂
ОтветитьOh my goodness! Marble light 100s, my mom smoked for over 30 years! The exact same ones lol
ОтветитьIn the not so famous, but very wise words of my mother quitting nicotine is way harder than just not starting

ОтветитьCongrats on 13 years! I started dipping when I joined the Military at 18 and stopped when I got out in 2015. I have to say I still crave it almost every day but have been staying strong lol.
ОтветитьTussy is indeed still made, & available on Amazon.
ОтветитьI loved the tv guide as well and always checking for my favorite tv shows such as The Bionic Woman. I was obsessed with that show.👍🏻👍🏻
ОтветитьAn 80s TV Guide. I couldn’t click and like fast enough. I would definitely be excited for more 80s nostalgia.
ОтветитьThe World's Fair was held in New Orleans in 1984. So cool to see the other foods of the world.
ОтветитьSo i knew that you could record on vhs tapes but you could record on cassette tapes as well? Did you record music? Born in '92 so I know about a lot of things but apparently not everything! Lol
ОтветитьI miss those simple times. I was 9 years old in '84.
ОтветитьThe magic of oil painting with william alexander , brilliant artist.
ОтветитьMy birth year!
ОтветитьThe boom boxes were pretty expensive for back then
ОтветитьI loved my boombox. I took that thing everywhere I went in my house in my bedroom or in the backyard. But I was never allowed to take it anywhere else. Like to a friends house. That boom box that I had was a gift from my grandfather that had moved to Florida, and that was the last time I saw him before he passed away. Now I wish I still had it.
ОтветитьOh man, the memories. I was 7 years old in 1984.
Ответитьi doubt you’ll ever see this but i’ve been enjoying your asmr content since i started watching years go and i would love to see an asmr video of you telling some fun stories about yourself or your life. feel like since i’ve been watching i haven’t seen much about you and i’ve always found comfort in life stories lol !!! thank you for being the best !!!!❤❤❤
Ответить1984. That’s when I graduated high school man do I feel old 😂
ОтветитьJust closed last k-mart😢
ОтветитьI remember the TV Guide feature callec "Cheers and Jeers" where they'd praise or complain about certain shows or stars. 😊
Ответитьlove these magazine review style videos ❤
ОтветитьWhat a strange object, might wanna call the Smithsonian 😂😂
ОтветитьWhat a great idea for this ASMR post. It was cool going thru that old t.v. guide
ОтветитьI loved this, brilliant!! I love tv!
Please make more graveyard videos, I adored them!!❤❤❤❤😊
I have never smoked but I bought a pack on the way in this morning 😂
ОтветитьgenZ brainrot has me losin it over Tussy 😭
ОтветитьSo many fun memories❤
ОтветитьWe’d get the TV Guide and my dad would grab it and say, “Let’s see who is terrorizing Jaclyn Smith this week.” (She was always in some stressful night time special made-for-TV movie.) My mom finally reached her limit and said, “Can you please save the crossword for someone else?!” She’d had enough of my crap, I guess.
Kate & Allie is still one of my fave shows of all-time.
Wow interesting I miss getting tv guides ❤congrats on 13 yrs smoke free next April I'll be 18 yrs smoke free
ОтветитьI was 6 m/o when this came out 😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьNever Cry Wolf was great
ОтветитьIt smells like the 80s omg 😂😂😂
ОтветитьBest year to be born in. Lol
ОтветитьI remember our local tv guide came weekly in the Sunday newspaper. So weird to think back at how things were done compared to now. My kids are 7 and 11 and I tell them you don't realize how good you have it now! 😂
ОтветитьThe way you added “in the box” to the end of your cigarette order was so nostalgic and comforting 🤣 wild how the brain works
ОтветитьOmg! I remember that year so we'll! Trippy
ОтветитьI was 22 in the fall of ‘84
ОтветитьOh my goodness! I worked for TV Guide for 10 years!
ОтветитьI remember, and don't remember, the same TV programs that you do :) And I looked it up E/R was a comedy with nothing to do with ER (no slash) that came later. Yes! I loved Saturday morning TV. I used to wake up before 7am and sit right in front of the TV with the volume down low because my mother didn't like me getting up early to watch them.
ОтветитьGood memories of the tv guide i miss those days ❤❤❤
Ответить“It smells like the 80’s”. I remember that smell. Come to think of it, that’s probably how I smell.
Ответитьi’ve seen a few comments of people sharing their smoking stories and congratulating mary, so i just wanted to congratulate everyone who has since become smoke free !! i can imagine it’s not easy, but you’ve made it this far so you’re all doing a great job 😇
Ответитьi just watched the Saturday Supercade intro, never heard the song before, now it's stuck in my head 🎶 plus it made me want to watch the cartoons, lol
ОтветитьWhen the cartoons ended, there was the ABC Weekend Special. I loved Miss Switch, and The Land of Og. After that ended, it was time for American Bandstand followed by Soul Train.
