Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting @foxharbrresort1915 in Nova Scotia, Canada. A golfers playground, the resort also has an exceptional array of restaurants onsite that feature Nova Scotia's rich ingredients.

The Staff here showcase the region's bounty with every plate, and each person holds a special place in their souls for Food, and more importantly, the role Food plays in Life itself.
