Absolutely horrible… moles have a lot of nerve endings and blood supply doing this to them can cause you to super easily bruise or even have bleeding leading to further damage to the area… moles should always be monitored for cancer or any changes and growth and doing this can damage the skin making it waaaaay easier to get cancer in that spot… it’s just dumb….
