When I did my rotations at PICU it felt like home. I want to one day become a PICU RN,BSN.

I was one in the picu.. I didn’t remember anything and I was 12

How do you become a PICU nurse? What if you're not a new grad? How would you transition from adult ICU to PICU?


Just a bunch of questions that I'm curious about and would love for someone to tell me.😄
