Pretty sure kuminga isnt coming back. Just bcus he can score doesnt mean he can play warriors type ball. Ball movement with him on the court is nonexistent and he tends to iso play most of the time resulting in losing possession or turnover. Average 2.2 assist is a crazy stat.

This is what im trying to say since the butler trade. Jk was out and jimmy joined suddenly Warriors are legit contenders. If they started this roster during training camp it can make a world of difference. It seems butler was less aggressive scoring created opportunity for jk which compared before playing alongside Wiggins didn't. This is a matter if the Warriors arw willing to give jk what the market dictates his next contract would be.

I honestly don't see anyone available that will improve this team more than 1 more year of Kuminga developing and actually getting minutes. He needs to start. I have little faith with the current structure this will happen however.

Why did Butler seem so timid during this playoff run?

Warriors playing JK in the playoffs was just to pump his stock so that they can get something big in return for him. Don't get it twisted Kerr knows JK is not coming back
