ОтветитьThank you Sir !
Ответитьhi Fran, i no longer have social media to contact you, i have attended the gym a few times, haven't been for a while (prior to covid regulations), will you upload a video at some point in the future for when your gym will be reopening so i can attend, thanks.
4x a week im doing training of my own, in the garden using the boxing bag going of your videos. Doing runs throughout the night etc.
It's Connor by the way, if you remember me.
Way to put it together coach 🤙🏼I find myself doing this all day long I do a drill on the aqua bag and when I’m back inside the house constantly reworking and fine tuning form. Or when I’m too tired or sore or the weather isn’t right I do it too just wishing I could work the bag😂
ОтветитьAmazing stuff as always, thank you so much!!
ОтветитьSo good, thanks.
ОтветитьGreat video been missing these
ОтветитьReally, really, really (for three rounds) great! Thanks coach!
ОтветитьCan you do a video talking about what boxers should eat 🥊💥
ОтветитьGreat video, saludos desde México.
ОтветитьI can always use advice and I'm especially uncomfortable with shadow boxing. I have tried to think of it like katas except it doesn't translate. And it's not quite like drilling. I just feel stupid. 😂😂
ОтветитьJust get a bit jazzy. Exellent
ОтветитьThank you for this useful instruction about shadow boxing.
ОтветитьAlways like my boxers to have a theme when shadow boxing. Great session Fran. Thanks
ОтветитьI GET SO EXCITED WHEN YOU MAKE NEW VIDEOS
ОтветитьBest instruction in boxing on you tube. Great lessons.
ОтветитьHe speaks and paces his speech like a preacher. Does anyone know what i mean?
ОтветитьNice
Thx
Another great video! Thanks Fran 👊
Ответить"Just get a bit Jazzy". How I live my life Fran and exactly why I love my shadowboxing routine more than any other part of my boxing workout besides fighting. It is such a Zen moment for creativity, relaxation and fun
ОтветитьHi Fran just a question on if a fighter has the opponent in trouble or knocked down in the first or second round.( Campbell V Garcia or MMA Usman v Burns last Saturday) I know it's early and the opponent is strong, fresh but are you not better going for broke while you have him in trouble as you invariably go on to lose the fight anyway when you back off and they have time to recover. Particularly Campbell as Garcia had never been knocked down, felt he missed the opportunity by being too cautious. Love your videos. Cheers, Kev
ОтветитьPacquiao does that "controlled aggressive" shadow boxing, like going forward throwing punches and then he pivots or finds another angle, he does the same backward. Great video!
ОтветитьTake a day to watch just this Mans' videos. There is a mathematical aspect to everything. Those lines on his floor...THEY MEAN SOMETHING.
ОтветитьWhen shadow boxing...any movement you make starts the same. A sinking of the body. When you pivot, think of a drill digging in. It has to dig in before it can start cutting. It needs to be imbedded. By sinking, you become more grounded.
This Mans' advice...to be inventive, creative, innovative, is key.
Thanks
ОтветитьThank you coach! Could you make a video to explain the tape where you stance?
ОтветитьNeed the Muhammad Ali movement down
ОтветитьCan you bounce while moving
ОтветитьHyper aggressive attack and dancing all around in shadow boxing
ОтветитьLet's get jazzy!!!
ОтветитьVicous controlled high volume monstrous punches
ОтветитьThank you :)
