No dis to this fine singer, but Tom Jones, like Shirley Bassey, is a distinct personality and their original renditions are as much a part of the song as the music and lyrics.

Caroline Henderson, as always, offered a fine rendition of a Bond theme. Thank Heaven she didn’t pass out on that final note, as Tom Jones is supposed to have done!

I love the orchestra! But, although the singer is talented, she can’t beat the original Tom Jones singing this song!

She made it her own, fabulous

While talented, this singer has tendencies to lead the music and rush the composition. She starts just a bit early with the lyrics and doesn't really sync with the music leading to an uncomfortable tempo. Having viewed the "Skyfall" track prior, she has proven that her tone and lack of emphasis on established scores leaves the performances a little lacking.
