Beware of this airline, I was stranded in Bangkok for 34 hours, Meant to travel in business class I was left with no information or update of whatsoever in a hotel in the middle of nowhere with ants & cockroaches in the room,, This is what Saudia is all about, I had to take them to court when I returned to London and managed to get a judgment against them and full compensation but ONLY after taking them to court,,, AVOID AVOID AVOID

worst airline customer support ever seen

Very bad company. Don't fly with them. Jeddah airport very empty, staff very unappy. No films in french in the plane, I don't know what we eat. The crew is not very professionnal.
