AMD STOCK: Here's What Investors NEED TO KNOW!! (March 2025)

I started buying AMD at $144. My AVG. cost $126. Then, I ran out of money. I need to keep a bigger percentage of cash. That is what I have learned from this little market slide we recently had. Also, having more patience with analyzing companies and the buying process. The fear and greed index is also useful to look at.

I think there is still fear in the market that the demand for GPU's is overblown. And that these companies are going to miss their EPS estimates.

Also, we are in a "Extreme Fear" mode. Which signals a buying opportunity to long-term investors. (All my opinions ofc)

Microsoft already announced building less data center recently so that might happen with Google, Meta, and other major companies. This will affect AI chip makers like AMD, NVDA, AVGO,MRVL stock price going lower for first half of the year , which is a great buying opportunity to average out the share price. Second half of this year will get better but with caution.

What do you think about NVDA for the next 5 years.

Can you check out APLD their building a Data Center in North Dakota. It seems like a good buy.

Hopefully amd can reverse this trend soon I got 140 share avg around 150. Amd will see big growth in the next 3-5yr I really believe in this company nd Lisa su 👍🏾

As far as I know, the gaming market is not looking good for nvidia this year. Gamers are complaining about Nvidia 50 series performance and there is a trend that people start to switch to AMD GPUs

I think in the future years amd gonna be a banger becuase, from my understanding, we're still training AI models. IBM is saying that AI spends 90% of it's life span in the inferencing process which is what AMD is setting up to excel at. Also inferencing is much much more expensive which may or may not weigh in on their margins not sure yet i guess we'll see. It's also interesting to note that they're able to add AI backwards compatibilities through driver updates where as NVDA AI is built directly into the GPU and is not done thru drivers. I do believe AMD newer chips come with built in AI. I think it's cool that they're able to add backward compatibilities .

Also their acquisitions are gonna not only skew their numbers but causing them to issue more shares and jacking up their P/E which is why the FWD p/e looks more attractive. They said they were not looking to acquire anymore companies in the near-term which means their numbers will look better over the next year and i dont see them growing less then 20% wouldn't be surprised if they surpass this. My thesis is that they'll over the next several years actually increase their growth to 40%+ as we see more demand for inferencing VS training and then eventually taper off again slowing down. Who really knows tho.

Sell put options and get assigned.. especially around the $80-$90 area. In 5 years you will be laughing

AMD will eventually fall to 80. If the market continues to head down, AMD would fall to 60.
