ОтветитьI did this routine two times per day for 40 days (with rest between some other days) while bulking. I went from 109lbs to 123lbs and I look much better. Grinding from here. Thank you so much Chris Heria 😁🔥

This is one of the most safe and time saving workout for me,i also have problem in gain mass and i have some injuries at the back but this workout really helps me in managing my skinny but athletic shape...could someone tell me if there is something similar to this to have an alternative or maybe if you could tell me what will happen if i ll Stick with this workout always with light change in weight etc...i do not care to build a lot of muscles but just be in shape

Ответить3 days in. I did this routine twice for 2 days. I took a rest day yesterday, today is a "slight" rest day where I only do this entire exercise once. I noticed myself having better form, doing more reps, and having less rest period in-between sets. I consistently used 10 kg weights.
ОтветитьI was 99 kg in lockdown i remember i saw chris heria fat burning workout at home & started doing it for 3-5 rounds everyday and being in caloric deficit and i lost 39 kgs in 3-4 months thank you chris for such amazing workouts
