I am afraid to take that because everything I put in my mouth and stomac is terribly painful and the acid food make me worth . Since 8 years I am like that and can't eat properly . I've used the knowledge you so kindly share to improve my diet and used Betaine HCL to sort out what I now know to be low stomach acid (...like many others, my Doctors had me on antacids and PPIs.)

Im a bit confused, ive been bloated, mucus in throat, sore throats almost all the time, burning in throat and chest, hoarseness etc since my gaul bladder was removed. im not a meat eater and eat gluten free food and lactose free milk to try to help my stomach and guts and major constipation. Drs just arent helpful at all. So do i have less acid or more than enough?
I suffered from Hpylori a few years ago too. My bloating is worse than ever and ive just started taking iron, b12, vit D, omega 3 and Zinc. Am i doing the right thing? 62yr old female.

Get your doctor to test you for intolerance to sugar alcohol it’s in a lot of processed food, just ask if he’s thought of testing. You might be surprised 👍

Do you have a book for a proper diet? So many diets out here that it is hard to figure what to eat. You are saying no grains, got it!, but what does a healthy meal to keep the balance in your gut correct look like. Doctorrrrr.. you are not a human being, u are equivalent of god i would say. I have been suffering with frequent infections in throat and mouth, lump on throat, gerd and i had been to many more doctors like ent, general physician, dentist for that candidia in mouth and high blood pressure, palpitations.. my god, u just told me the reason in one single video.
