Ответитьmy mouth is watering
Ответитьi would love to see a Day in the life of a Japanese chicken katsu curry chef
ОтветитьIs that bowl made out of ice?
ОтветитьAs a Hong Konger I cant wait
ОтветитьI really love your vlogs.
ОтветитьAugust 2024
Love and hug from Bali
Excellent video.
ОтветитьWatching this for my first time and at the end saw that the owner is trying to expand to the US.. I wonder if this is the same owner as the ramen in Austin, TX called “Ramen Tatsuya” very popular… Low odds? but if so that’s amazing!

ОтветитьAmazing that he looks to be in his 20s
ОтветитьMan this still has re-watch value!
Ответить18 hour days? No thanks!
Try adding (Stir-fried Dried Anchovies in Red Chili Paste)of korean food, to ramen soup. It tastes very similar to instant ramen soup. I think it would be similar if you also added green onions and red pepper powder. Ramen Sari is a method of pulling noodles, steaming them, and then frying them in oil.
ОтветитьTell them please please, please, come to Australia. Good ramen is hard to find here. Victoria needs more Japanese restaurants ❤
Ответитьhope he gets payed well for working so much
Ответить15-16 hours x day 7 days a week,,,so mental healthy....japanese sick work mentality
Ответить13 hours of work !! Bizzare
Ответитьdude spending 18 hours a day making the owner rich
ОтветитьThis was also an eye-opener he created four different Ramen for the owner and making another one like the saying goes when you’re an employee and you work to make the other person rich just to think if he could use those four and open his own shop that would’ve been great for his brand
ОтветитьI would end my life. This is too much passion work
Ответитьここほんと美味しい。東京行くたびに食べてる!
ОтветитьSince waking up at 06.30-00.30..and going back to sleep possibly at 01.30...Extraordinary.. His life is spent only for the restaurant
Ответитьhe looks EXACTLY like the guy in alice in borderland
Ответитьand with all this work ramen is still sooo chep compred to norml resturaant food thats crzy!
ОтветитьThe owner ate the entire bowl, looked like he liked it
ОтветитьHe's so humble and he doesn't look like he's 41 years old 😅
ОтветитьNext : a day & life of a tokyo drifter
Ответитьnever seen someone putting a socks standing up lol
ОтветитьYay they need to hurry up and come to the us cause we need this.
ОтветитьFinally a English speaker, I guess he is from Hong Kong so that’s why
ОтветитьGreat video as always. Kudos to the chef!!!
ОтветитьTetsuya is 100% being exploited by that owner guy. If he owned the restaurant himself, that would be one thing, but 14-15 hour days being the normal routine for an EMPLOYEE is straight up abuse. This isn't a Michelin star restaurant, and he's not getting paid like a Michelin star chef.
ОтветитьI’m just curious do you speak Japanese and English to some people
ОтветитьI’ve noticed in a lot of these day in the life videos that Japanese brush their teeth and then eat. I always figured you eat then brush…
Ответить23 missed call from uzumaki naruto
ОтветитьDoes anyine know if they managed to open in the USA??
ОтветитьHe has style too. 🙌
ОтветитьI was not expecting my guy in the kitchen to speak perfect English.
ОтветитьPablo,
I want to eat at his restaurant when I travel to Japan!
I would
ОтветитьIs there a Day in the Life of a Green Grocer yet? 😮
ОтветитьPrefer potatoes and meat. Asian food is so skinny. Ugh...
Ответить"Why are Japanese cooks almost hairless on their arms?" [SPACE and lots of oil]
ОтветитьMan! This guy works for around 15 hrs a day. Must be hard for him. Anyway, huge respect for that
ОтветитьRamen is the best food ever existed and creating new kinds of ramen is what makes it interesting plus I can’t wait to visit Japan as long as I don’t break the rules there and get arrested
ОтветитьThese videos are killing me. Japanese cuisine is pretty much non existent where I live. I try to cook but id love to try the proper stuff.
