Thanks for sharing your home! That was very informative!
ОтветитьCongrats on the 100k subs
ОтветитьThank you for sharing! Can you do the price for the Bessie floor plan please?
ОтветитьBeautiful home! And the video production is 💯!
ОтветитьAwesome! Thx!
ОтветитьHow are you, I enjoy all your videos and information in regards to building a bardominium, I'm looking to build a 3000 ft² home with a two-car garage in the near future, I would like to have Staind concrete throughout my home, My question to you is does your company install radiant heat as a heating source to keep the concrete at a comfortable warm level when need be and if so how much more would that be added to a build of 3000 square feet
ОтветитьI'm wanting to know how much a one bed room home
ОтветитьI live in western new York do you come this far ???
ОтветитьIt sucks being poor, even if I sell my house, I couldn’t afford that. Great video.
ОтветитьThx 🙏🏼 I really appreciate the information price range and breakdown. Plus the video is short and right to the point.
ОтветитьDoes that $585k / $120 per sf include concrete, plumbing, electrical? Basically everything but the land?
ОтветитьIs that cost for the entire build including the shop space, i.e. $308,000 for the entire build from raw land?
ОтветитьYou have to walk through the Kitchen with your dirty clothes to do laundry. I really don't like that.
ОтветитьThanks for the info Charlie.
Please breakdown the different costs for the same home had you just done a shell build and stopped at Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3.
Could the TV be mounted any higher lol
ОтветитьWe have questions you finance
ОтветитьThank you for the cost information.
ОтветитьWhat states are covered?
ОтветитьGeez, I thought Bardno's were cheaper.
ОтветитьWhen guests come over, do you ask them to remove THEIR shoes before entering, or before taking another step? In most (all?) of the barndominiums, there's really no "entry" area so to speak as with many/most traditional built homes, where there's a coat closet w/i a few feet, AND where people could or WOULD remove their shoes. The flooring in those areas is often different as well.
Ответитьthere is no way you can justify this costing $600,000
Ответить@1845Barndo does $120/sf include concrete/plumbing/electrical?
ОтветитьHow is the sqf cost on the actual house the same as the sqf cost for porches, carport and shop???
ОтветитьI'd love this, it's the perfect size, only thing I'd change is splurge on a basement foundation, that added entertainment area with a bar, bath w/shower, man cave with a projector and an exercise room, put it on a slope with the backend exposed and have an additional back porch off a slider door. I'd move that utility closet by the boys rooms behind that office and put the staircase there and have the utility room in the basement.
ОтветитьGod bless America might as well get a house built with contractors about 200k for 2k sqft
Ответить600k...give me some of what your ass is smoking. Checked yall out on the BBB and other online reviews...rip. yall some shady ass dudes.
ОтветитьLove your all electric vs propane set up. Much safer.

ОтветитьYour outdoor projects are always so unique and well thought out
