Hey, I went to school with, and ran track with Jim back in the late 70's. Great guy. His parents owned Capital Chevrolet in Salem. Surprised to see him, thought he sold Kettle Chips a while back.

How is this any healthier than the ordinary ones? It's still a boiled oil and boiled oil converts any unsaturated fats to aldehydes (which is carcinogenic) and saturated fats (which clog blood vessels). It's especially the sunflower oil that has a very low charing point.
